Overview We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for nail care and esthetic services, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. This role involves providing expert nail treatments, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring sanitation standards are maintained. A background in cosmetology and experience with various beauty techniques are highly valued to deliver exceptional service and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs for clients Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments as applicable Offer retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items to clients, utilizing upselling techniques Assist clients with skin care consultations and recommend appropriate treatments or products Ensure a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service Stay updated on current trends in nail art, body waxing, hair styling, and other beauty services Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role preferred Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols essential Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, barbering skills, retail sales strategies, retail math, and upselling techniques is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related fields required where applicable Join our team to deliver outstanding beauty services in a professional environment that values skill development and client satisfaction.
