Lāk Nails & Spa is seeking passionate and skilled Nail Technicians to join our team in our brand-new, high-end facility. We prioritize a premium guest experience, combining technical excellence with a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. As a team member, you will play a vital role in the launch of this location and help establish our reputation for quality in the Lake Linganore community. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including gel, acrylics, and dip powder. Perform intricate nail art and design based on client requests. Consult with clients on nail health and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Maintain a pristine and sterilized workstation in compliance with Maryland state health and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Qualifications: Valid Maryland State Board of Cosmetologists license (or willingness to obtain one) Proven experience in a professional salon environment. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to stay current with industry trends and new techniques. Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
