Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on client preferences and skin tones Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that delight clients Upsell additional services like hand massages or nail enhancements to enhance the client experience and increase revenue Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their visit Manage retail sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and accessories while demonstrating effective retail math skills to meet sales goals Skills Deep understanding of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs Excellent communication skills to listen carefully to client needs and provide clear advice Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols for safe practice in a professional environment Proficiency in cosmetology principles with a focus on nail care techniques and body waxing procedures Experience with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy or dermabrasion is a plus but not required Ability to perform hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, barbering, and other beauty services as needed Demonstrated retail sales skills combined with upselling techniques to maximize service revenue Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking Join us if you’re eager to bring your creativity to life while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively beauty environment.
