Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics. Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art, and new product innovations to offer fresh ideas to clients. Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program is required. Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a sterile work environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about nail care and related beauty services. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Retail skills for product sales and inventory management are advantageous.
