Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, long-term, full-time nanny to care for our two sweet boys (2 years old and 9 months old) in Menomonie, Wisconsin.The ideal candidate is a non-smoker with their own reliable transportation, CPR certified, and has a college degree.We'd love someone who is comfortable with light housekeeping, our friendly/chill cat, and building a warm, trusting relationship with our family for the long term.This position is perfect for someone eager to make a positive impact on young lives while demonstrating reliable caregiving skills.Duties Provide attentive childcare for 2 children (2 and 9 months) Prepare meals and snacks tailored to each child's needs Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises to promote growth and learning Facilitate outside play and walks around the neighborhood Assist with daily routines such as dressing, diapering, and nap times Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning main living areas/play areas, and doing children's laundry Ensure safety at all times by monitoring children during activities both indoors and outdoors Requirements Proven experience in nannying or caregiving roles, especially with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies confidently Ability to cook healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children Comfortable performing light cleaning duties related to childcare environments Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents Job Compensation & Benefits Compensation and benefits are negotiable and will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications.We are committed to offering compensation that is competitive with current market rates for nanny care in the Menomonie and greater Chippewa Valley area.We believe in valuing the people who care for our children and want this to be a role you feel good about -- professionally and financially.We're excited to find the perfect fit and look forward to welcoming the right person into our home!
