This is not a “watch and learn” program — it’s a high-impact, hands-on experience designed to give you: Maximum exposure to our business, operations, and leadership Rotational assignments across key Supply Chain functions A clear path to a full-time role within our Global Supply Chain (after ~24 months) Over the course of approximately 24 months, you’ll rotate through different areas of Supply Chain such as: Category Supply Chain (Engineering, Manufacturing, Network Operations) Procurement Customer Service & Logistics You’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and make real contributions from day one. Location & Support Rotations will be based at our North America Supply Chain Global hub in New Jersey Financial relocation assistance is provided to eligible candidates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline Previous internship experience in Supply Chain Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred Qualifications Strong project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL or other data tools Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $70,000.00 - $87,500.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
