What We Are Looking For As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive National Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys client communication, campaign coordination, and account support. This role plays a key part in supporting national and franchise-level marketing campaigns by helping coordinate campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and overall account management support. You will work closely with clients and internal teams while helping ensure campaigns remain organized, on schedule, and successfully executed from start to finish. What You Will Do Support the execution of national and franchise-level marketing campaigns from setup through delivery Coordinate campaign details including route selections, creative requests, tracking numbers, QR codes, and landing pages Assist with processing orders and maintaining accurate campaign records and timelines Communicate with clients and location-level contacts regarding campaign updates, approvals, and delivery notifications Help ensure campaigns remain on schedule by following up on pending items and escalating concerns when needed Conduct basic match-back analysis and assist with campaign performance reporting Upload suppression lists and assist with special reporting requests Work closely with internal departments including Analytics, Design, Production, and Client Services to support campaign success Assist with tracking and ROI tools, including manual uploads and reporting support Learn and develop account management skills within a fast-paced, team-oriented marketing environment Provide a high level of professionalism, organization, and client support throughout the campaign lifecycle Perform additional job-related duties as assigned Why UpSwell: Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-focused environment Opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses and industries Direct impact on campaign execution and client success Team-focused culture that values communication, collaboration, and initiative Ongoing opportunity for professiona Requirements: What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Experience in marketing, account management, project coordination, or client services is a plus UpSwell is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
