Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoboken, NJ, for a National Account Sales Manager. The National Account Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major national accounts, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing account portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. This role also involves strategic planning, negotiation, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales, account management, and client relationship development skills Expertise in strategic planning and contract negotiation Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proven experience in managing national accounts, preferably in the food or retail sector Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events What We’re Looking For: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales Strong background in retail, particularly FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Experience in the food and edible oil sectors is highly preferred Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Currently residing in New Jersey or New York
