About Us Gratt Baits is a growing fishing bait company.We are expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated sales professional to help us place our products in bait and tackle shops nationwide.Position Overview We are seeking a driven National Sales Representative who is not afraid to travel, walk into fishing bait and tackle stores, build relationships, and secure new retail accounts.This is a hands-on, road-based sales role focused on expanding our footprint in independent bait shops, regional chains, and outdoor retailers.If you love fishing, understand the industry, and enjoy face-to-face selling, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an expanding brand.Responsibilities Travel nationally to visit fishing bait and tackle stores Walk into retail locations to introduce and sell Gratt Baits products Open new accounts and secure shelf placement Build and maintain strong retailer relationships Present product lines, promotions, and seasonal programs Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Report activity, sales numbers, and market feedback Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed Qualifications 2years of outside sales experience (fishing, sporting goods, or related industry preferred) Strong closing and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel extensively Valid driver's license Passion for fishing and knowledge of bait and tackle market preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission structure Company vehicle provided Travel expenses covered Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding fishing bait company Job Type:Full-time Pay:$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:Cell phone reimbursement Company car Mileage reimbursement Travel reimbursement Work Location:On the road.
