Employer Industry: Health Information Technology Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $75.99 per hour Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovative technology solutions Collaborative work atmosphere with the potential for impactful contributions Engage in diverse tasks, from analysis to user acceptance testing, enhancing your professional skill set What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and current and future state process flows Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements for software applications Develop use cases and various project documentation, including context diagrams and data flows Assist with user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios and cases Provide project administration support to project managers and assist in developing business cases for new initiatives What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Information Technology At least 7 years of experience with business systems analysis techniques and testing methodologies Proven ability to gather and manage business requirements, along with developing business rules and process flows Demonstrated experience in user acceptance testing, including the creation of test scenarios and execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Project, along with excellent communication skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 5 years of experience writing procurement documents, including RFPs and RFQs Knowledge of Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Quality Center (QC) Experience working as a business analyst on agile scrum projects Familiarity with Jira and Confluence #HealthInformationTechnology #BusinessAnalysis #CareerOpportunity #AgileProjects #UserAcceptanceTesting We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
