The role is a pivotal member of the School of Nursing, dedicated to fostering academic excellence and NCLEX readiness across all nursing programs (PN, ASN, BSN, MSN). This role focuses on supporting student retention, progression, and licensure success through proactive academic coaching, individualized support plans, and strategic collaboration with faculty and staff. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or Doctorate in Nursing or Education preferred. Demonstrates a strong emphasis on clinical judgement, critical thinking, and understanding the major client needs categories on NCLEX: Safe and Effective Care Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Psychosocial Integrity, and Physiological Integrity. Current, unencumbered RN license in Florida. BSN preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing education, academic support, or student services. Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and NCLEX pass rates (preferred). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized academic success plans for at-risk students. Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on study strategies, time management, test-taking skills, and stress management. Monitor student progress and intervene early with appropriate support strategies. Coordinate and facilitate NCLEX preparation workshops, review sessions, and simulation activities. Analyze NCLEX performance data and integrate findings into curriculum and student support strategies.
