40 hours per weekDemonstrates a strong desire to work with students with special needs at the elementary levelMaintains a strong work ethicTraining and/or experience with applied behavioral analysis principlesProvide support for academic work in and out of the classroom settingAbility to take data on student progress or willingness to be trainedDemonstrates flexibility and understanding while working with students who have varying needsAbility to facilitate social interactions with students at unstructured times.Degree (or working towards a degree) in elementary, special education, or psychology is preferred2 years of experience preferredRequired to work the Extended School Year Program in addition to the school year.
