Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Additional Details: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Required Skills/Experience: Needs to have experience in PEDS, PICU, NICU (high level care level 4). Required Credentials: Advanced NRP Unit/Facility Details: Will work with in RRT-NICU, PICU and CVICU with PEDS patients. Special Requests: ALL RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission and interview. Shift & Scheduling: 3x12s or 4x12s.
