About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer with deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, Azure, Blazor, and microservices architecture to join our Data Intelligence team. This hybrid role is based in the Coppell, TX area and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-native development projects that require designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and microservices within an Azure environment. As a senior member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our cloud strategy, implementing best practices in DevOps, and mentoring junior engineers. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing cloud-based applications, a strong understanding of microservices architecture, and proficiency with modern front-end frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless and secure solutions. Your role will also involve optimizing application performance, ensuring high availability, and maintaining security standards aligned with industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on C#, .NET Core, and Blazor. Extensive hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, SQL, and document databases. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization tools such as Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS). Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React.js, or Blazor (TypeScript). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior team members. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor within an Azure cloud environment. Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices utilizing TypeScript, Node.js, and Azure Functions to support business needs. Lead technical discussions regarding Azure architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure best practices are followed. Optimize application performance, ensure high availability, and implement security measures to protect sensitive data and infrastructure. Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for scalable cloud deployment. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to develop intuitive front-end interfaces and integrate with frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and share technical expertise to foster team growth and knowledge sharing. Stay current with the latest Azure services, cloud trends, and development practices to continuously improve our solutions and workflows. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, best practices, and standards for the team.
