CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision making. The CNIC N6 Network Administrator will provide technical support to Audio Visual (AV)/ Video Teleconference Center (VTC) systems. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Top Secret/SCI Clearance In this role, you will: Provide support in maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering AV/VTC and network systems, sub-systems and components. Continuously check all currently used AV/VTC and network infrastructure systems vendor supportability status, particularly End Of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS), and provide the necessary recommendations on how to minimize or avoid any EOL or EOS issues. Acquire and maintain the needed accounts to download and or upgrade AV/VTC and network device operating systems or firmware. Schedule and perform patching or upgrade down time during times when users are not impacted. Coordinate with various stake holders in support of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade and administration of AV/VTC and network systems. Provide administrative support to include scheduling of CLASSIFIED and UNCLASSIFIED meetings and conference rooms and other spaces, as required. Ensure that AV/VTC and network equipment for meetings are configured, tested, and ready for operation prior to the scheduled time of the VTC session
