Experience with DOT preferred. Summary The Network Carrier Coordinator will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations Manage the Open RA report (monthly) Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the client Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
