Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, reliable and skilled Network & IT Support Technician to support and maintain our technology systems across multiple restaurants. This role is responsible for troubleshooting network issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting POS systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. Duties and Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain network systems and hardware · Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs and perform scheduled updates Troubleshoot IT issues including POS systems, printers, tablets, and networking equipment Provide end-user technical support Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and services Support online ordering platforms and business systems Maintain menus, pricing, and system updates Coordinate vendor services and equipment installations Conduct system diagnostics and preventative maintenance Train staff on IT systems and tools Field questions from employees about software installation and hardware upgrades Maintain records, documentation, and inventory Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Relevant IT/network support experience preferred Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Additional Requirements Travel between multiple locations required Valid California driver’s license required Must maintain current automobile insurance Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20lbs Extended periods of computer work Availability for on-call or emergency support as needed Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Work Location: In person
