Coverage Needed Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm Inpatient/ED after-hours coverage from 4:01pm-7:59am Open Dates: 7/17-7/27 Clinical Details : Established office Visits: Suture removal, sick patient visits, surgery site infection, prescription renewal, established patient care Inpatient/ED Coverage: For established patients only, including complications from surgery site Patient Volume: Office 35-45 visits per week; Inpatient 2 EMR: EPIC experience preferred (training available if needed) Support Staff: CST, PSR Requirements : Active IN license Active DEA or easily transferrable Active CSR Must be available for listed dates CV must be in Month / Year format Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active by Jobble
