I'm working with a fantastic dental practice in KS looking to add a general dentist to the team! Let me know if you're interested! Practice Details: Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-4p; Fri 8:30-12p Pt volume: volume can vary, procedure heavy practice. Expect a fast-paced environment. All ages seen, peds to adults Support staff: 6 FT dental hygienists, 5 full time superscalars, CRNAs, full office staff, most likely 3 assistants per dentist Each location has 3D x-ray and 3D Scanner EMR: EagleSoft No after hours call responsibilities. Ideal candidate: KS license and DEA Must be certified in Oral Sedation of Peds and Adults or willing to get certified. Patient centered, can fit with the culture and team Open to new grad or experienced Open to learning new techniques and procedures in house. Compensation Base Salary- $300k + 30% of collections. 30% is after physician overhead is met; Overhead is (25k + External lab Fees). Verified income potential can range from $550k-650k/yr+ Sign on and relocation: $10k Benefits Malpractice covered, health, vision, 401k(4.5% match) Dental provided by office. PTO: 3 weeks - 10 hours accrued per month worked. Unused PTO will be paid out at end of year. CME: $5k allowance
