What You'll Experience Months 1-10: Medical-Surgical Core Strengthen your bedside nursing foundation while attending Nurse Residency Program with embedded Critical Care Fundamentals. Month 11: Step-Down Orientation Orient to Step-down intermediate unit with targeted support and begin our Critical Care Bootcamp. Month 12: Critical Care Transition Orient to Critical care.
