Key Responsibilities Drive month-end close activities, including reconciliations and supporting schedules Implement financial controls and maintain documentation for audit compliance Lead audit deliverables and collaborate on automation initiatives to streamline processes Required Qualifications Strong technical grounding in U.S. GAAP and core accounting processes Experience with financial controls and audit documentation Prior experience with IPO readiness or public-company reporting cycles Hands-on experience managing month-end close cycles in a fast-paced environment Ability to prepare audit evidence and maintain high-quality documentation
