A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to work 100% remotely. Key Responsibilities Handle litigation in various practice areas including FCA/Qui Tam, Data Breach, and Employee Rights Collaborate with team members on case strategies and client representation Manage a caseload and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Experience in litigation, preferably in one or more specified practice areas Admission to the bar in at least one state Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong understanding of plaintiff law and related legal processes
