New York Licensed Associate Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their legal team in a generalist supporting capacity. Key Responsibilities: Review and update the organization on new healthcare laws impacting operations Conduct legal research and writing for legal and clinical/operations teams Draft and review contracts and manage licensing and regulatory filings Required Qualifications: JD Degree and barred in at least one state with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York 1-3 years of relevant legal work experience Experience with federal and state healthcare regulations Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous environment Mission-driven to support underserved populations through innovative care models
