Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team in . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice to support our clients' needs. Duties Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis Draft and review a variety of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and estate planning instruments Assist with litigation processes by preparing filings, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and courts Provide guidance on complex practice areas such as immigration law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and workers' compensation law Support negotiations by preparing proposals, reviewing terms, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws Maintain accurate records of case activities and legal administrative processes Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy development and client consultations Experience Proven experience in multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and litigation Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms Excellent legal drafting and writing skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously within a busy law office environment Prior legal administrative experience preferred to ensure smooth workflow management Familiarity with legal software tools such as Westlaw for case research and document management systems Effective negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly contribute to impactful client outcomes.
