Job Description
Title:- NICE CXOne CE & Live Vox Software Engineer Location: Texas City, TX Onsite Duration: Long Term Over All 8 to 10 Years of experience. NICE CXOne CE & Live Vox: 6+ years of experience Onsite position NICE CXOne Studio: Strong proficiency in ACD, IVR, and Studio scripting. API & Data Handling: Work with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange and system connectivity. Scripting & Automation: Create, test, and deploy CXOne routing scripts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize contact center operations. Experience with Nice WFM solution Support experience in handling P1, P2 and P3 incidents in a contact center application area. Experience with connectivity of Nice with Salesforce CRM solution
