SUMMARY The Tag Printing/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for printing tags to reflect the increase/decrease of retail price, distribution of tags to locations and data entry.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse keypunch Communicates with Buyers Corresponds with stores Troubleshoots store issues Weekly printing of retail tags Reprints tags as requested by stores Prints tags for store resets Monitors and replenishes tag inventory stock levels Charges locations for appropriate tag supply cost Mailing/shipping via FedEx/UPS Data entry Works within budget Reviews email daily Other duties as assigned by supervisor KEY ATTRIBUTES Detailed Minded Organizational skills Ability to handle physical work Communication skills Proficient with Word and Excel programs Problem solving abilities Strong math skills SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel Uniform per store policy PHYSICAL DEMANDS Regularly (Over 2/3 of the time) Stand Walk Use hands to finger, handle, or feel Reach with hands and arms Communicate with associates and customers Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds Frequently (Between 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) Climb Balance Stoop Kneel Crouch Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Occasionally (Less than 1/3 of the time) Sit Overhead lifting Crawl Smell Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Vision Close Distance Ability to adjust focus Ability to distinguish colors WORK ENVIRONMENT Occasionally Risk of electrical shock Chemicals while cleaning Noise Level Moderate in most areas Niemann Foods Management retains the discretion to add to or change the position requirements at any time.
