Tower23 Hotel is seeking an experienced and service-driven part-time Night Audit Agent to join our team.As San Diego's premier boutique lifestyle hotel on the beach, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with style, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.If you thrive in a high-volume, high-profile environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we invite you to apply.Must have the availability and flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests Ensure every guest interaction meets and exceeds expectations Perform guest check-in and check-out using hotel management software Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and efficiently Coordinate guest requests, special arrangements, and VIP services Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services and amenities Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions throughout San Diego Recognize returning guests and anticipate their preferences Manage room inventory and website updates as needed Organize guest packages and deliveries Assist with luggage when necessary Promote safety awareness and follow hotel policies and procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications Experience in a boutique or high-volume hotel environment preferred Strong customer service and phone communication skills Computer proficiency required Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented yet self-motivated and able to work independently Positive, outgoing personality with a confident can-do attitude Must be able to work overnight hours Must be able to work weekends and holidays Why work at Tower 23?
