Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Desk Clerks/Night Auditors. Responsibilities: Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel Entering guest information into the computer system for billing purposes Entering guest payments into the computer system for collection purposes Answering phones in a friendly manner Filing and scanning of documents Preparing daily reports for General Manager and other department heads as needed Maintaining the appearance of the front desk area by cleaning, tidying, stocking, and preparing other items as needed. Other duties as assigned by General Manager and or Front Desk Manager Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hotel reception experience required. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and management. Must be able to maintain a positive demeanor with guests and employees alike. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Must be organized, punctual, and dependable with excellent time management skills.
