Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and report any suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate departments. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and providing information about hotel services. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial activities, incidents, and guest interactions for seamless handovers to daytime staff. Support guest relations by providing local information, assistance with amenities, and ensuring a comfortable overnight stay. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel roles, particularly in front desk or guest services positions. Strong knowledge of night audit procedures combined with excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional phone etiquette skills coupled with the ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically. Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
