Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor to join our team. We are seeking an auditor to work overnight (11 pm - 7 am) three days a week. There is potential for FT hours/more shifts for the right candidate . The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel - including assisting guests with requests, check-in and check-out, processing the daily audit, etc. Must be able to multi-task and stay focused on the work at hand with little supervision. Our Front Desk Agent/Night Auditors are responsible for assisting our guest at every turn - at first contact when the guest contacts the hotel to make a reservation, providing a warm welcome to each guest as they check-in, assisting with any concerns during the stay and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to WOW the guest! Responsibilities for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor are but not limited to: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay Audit and balance reports from the day shifts Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed Answer phones and place reservations Run EOD computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards Balance cash drawers and records.
