Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon check-in and check-out, providing top-tier customer service. Manage the front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, including answering inquiries and handling reservations with excellent phone etiquette. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting transactions efficiently. Prepare daily reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and occupancy records to support hotel management. Monitor security systems and perform safety checks around the property to uphold a secure environment for guests and staff. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Support other hotel departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. Ability to work overnight shifts with energy, focus, and professionalism. Familiarity with guest services, hotel policies, and security procedures to ensure smooth nightly operations. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest expectations thoroughly. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
