Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, ensuring a positive experience. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to maintain accurate financial records. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt and courteous responses to guest requests and internal communications. Prepare detailed shift reports, including daily summaries, incident logs, and financial reconciliations to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Address guest concerns or issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and hospitality expertise. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any overnight facility issues efficiently.
