About Us Sparkle Pro Janitorial Services delivers commercial and government custodial services throughout the Raleigh area with a focus on consistent, high-quality service execution.We are committed to maintaining safe, clean, and inspection-ready facilities for our clients through structured operations, strong supervision, and dependable service delivery.Position Overview The Night Custodian performs routine cleaning services at assigned facilities during evening hours.This role is responsible for helping maintain clean, safe, and inspection-ready environments.Key Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean classrooms, offices, and common areas Perform routine touchpoint cleaning Follow facility cleaning procedures and schedules Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors Assist with floor care tasks as assigned Qualifications Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation preferred Ability to work evening shifts consistently Strong attendance and dependability required Must pass background screening requirements Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
