Ability to work independently and make critical decisions? Preferred but not required:Experience in custodial, grocery, stocking, or warehouse operations? Must pass a background check? Availability to work evenings Key Responsibilities:As an Assistant Crew Manager, you will:? Supervise & Support:Lead and oversee employees performing custodial, stocking, and warehouse tasks.? Plan & Organize:Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.? Ensure Quality:Conduct quality control (QC) inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.? Handle HR Functions:Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and job postings.? Maintain Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and HR procedures.? Customer Relations:Serve as the liaison with customer representatives and address inquiries or complaints.? Emergency Response:Appropriately handle and report emergencies and employee incidents.? Operational Support:Perform administrative tasks, including end-of-day reports and documentation.? Hands-On Leadership:Be ready to assist with custodial, warehouse, and shelf-stocking duties as needed.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Ability to Commute:Andrews AFB, MD 20762 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Andrews AFB, MD 20762:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
