Night Shift Critical Care APP - ICU/Step-Down (Part-Time) Location:Bradenton, Florida (Manatee Memorial Hospital)Position Type:Part-Time, Full-Time 1099 ContractCompensation:$75.00 - $85.00 per hourUpdated:May 4, 2026 About the Organization Intensive Care Associates (ICA) is a well-established critical care practice providing high-acuity inpatient services at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida.The team operates within a collaborative, multidisciplinary model focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, and efficient decision-making in complex care environments.Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a part-time night shift role (minimum of 10 shifts per month) supporting both the ICU and Step-Down Unit.This position requires a high level of autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and comfort managing critically ill patients overnight, including performing invasive procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking consistent night coverage with a predictable schedule while maintaining some flexibility.Key Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to critically ill patients in the ICU and Step-Down Unit Perform procedures including central line placement, arterial lines, and intubations Conduct rapid assessments and respond to acute changes in patient condition Collaborate with intensivists, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and consulting teams Develop and manage treatment plans based on clinical progress, labs, and imaging Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Florida license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care experience post-graduation ACLS and BLS certifications required Strong procedural competency required Experience with Cerner EMR or similar systems preferred Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills How to Apply This is an immediate need, and interviews are being scheduled quickly.Interested candidates should submit their resume promptly to recruiting@whitecoatmg.com for priority consideration.Pay:$75.00 - $85.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
