Night Shift Front Desk Associate (Immediate Hire) I-65 Quality Inn, 1544 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401, USA Pay: $13 per hour Time- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Shift 3) Full-Time or Part-Time AvailableAbout the Job Quality Inn Columbia I-65 is hiring a dependable and friendly Night Shift Front Desk Associate to join our team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a calm and professional hotel environment overnight. No experience is required training will be provided. We are looking to hire quickly, and qualified applicants may be contacted promptly after applying. Responsibilities Welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Process payments and complete basic transactions Respond to guest questions and requests Monitor hotel lobby and guest areas overnight Complete shift reports and basic paperwork Keep the front desk area clean and organized Assist with setting up and restocking breakfast items in the morning Report maintenance or guest concerns to management What We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and responsible individuals Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently overnight Basic computer skills (training provided) Calm and professional attitude in all situations Willingness to learn and be part of a team No experience required—just a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
