Night Shift Mill Operator

Reicks View Farms is seeking a Night Shift Mill Operator to join our feed mill team.As a Mill Operator, you'll have the following Responsibilities: Review daily production records - Schedule feed production - Schedule employee shifts - Assist in evaluating employee and equipment production - Facilitate ingredient and feed sampling program - Maintain standard operating procedures - Perform various tests to ensure efficiency and performance standards are met The ideal candidate is a team player, with basic mechanical skills and the ability to work in confined spaces and at higher elevations.Previous feed mill or elevator experience is a plus but not necessary.This position averages 50-60 hours per week and works Sunday-Thursday.Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
