Job Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing venue performance. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring financial goals are met, and overseeing multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. The Operations Manager will work closely with the team to uphold company policies, drive performance, and ensure the venue consistently provides exceptional service and a positive customer experience. GUEST SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with and entertain guests in a professional, friendly, and exemplary manner, ensuring an exceptional experience. Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and with a positive attitude, maintaining a high standard of service. Address guest inquiries and requests with politeness and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their experience. Offer accurate information and directions to guests as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of portion control, product identification, and answer questions about food, beverages, and company services. Keep guests informed about specials and menu updates. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service. Adhere to the company's Sequence of Service Standards, maintaining consistency in guest interactions. Provide guests with information regarding venue offerings, menus, and pricing in a clear and helpful manner. Recognize and build relationships with regular guests, promoting repeat business and loyalty. Maintain control over the atmosphere by staying attentive and circulating through the work area during your shift. Report any incidents of theft, vandalism, or violations promptly to ensure the safety and integrity of the venue. Address guest concerns or complaints regarding service or beverages with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively in English with both guests and team members to ensure smooth operations and clear understanding. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Develop staff in managerial and professional areas, fostering growth through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by leading with a hands-on management style and exceeding expectations. Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverages, specials, pricing, and portion control. Assist with staff recruitment, training, and creating sales goals. Promote teamwork and proactively address guest needs. Forecast staffing requirements to ensure optimal customer service. Ensure all service standards meet company guidelines and private events are executed successfully. Adhere to cash-handling procedures and prepare necessary reports and schedules. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and follows preventative maintenance programs. Follow venue receiving policies for product delivery. Handle conflict resolution, corrective actions, and coaching. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Oversee opening and closing duties, as well as filling in where needed to maintain operations. Provide administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, facility appearance, and cleanliness. Collaborate with partners to promote mutual company growth. CASH HANDLING RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accuracy in handling monetary transactions, including providing correct change to guests, and follow all cash register and cash/credit card procedures. Perform basic math skills to handle transactions effectively. Maintain accurate accounting of all bar revenues and adhere to independent banking procedures. Reconcile daily cash audits to ensure financial accuracy. Follow company-mandated cash handling procedures at all times. Balance and secure the safe, ensuring proper cash control. Safeguard, verify, and manage all cash transactions with attention to detail. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES Partic
