Job Summary We are seeking vigilant and responsible Nightlife Security personnel to ensure the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property during evening hours at our entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment for all guests and staff while providing excellent customer service. Duties Monitor entrances and exits to control access and prevent unauthorized entry Check IDs to ensure guests are 21+ Identify and address potential safety hazards or disruptive behavior promptly Enforce venue policies and legal regulations related to alcohol consumption, crowd control, and conduct Manage conflicts or disturbances through effective conflict management techniques Document incidents accurately and report to management as required Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management highly desirable Strong observational skills with attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally Excellent communication skills for interacting with patrons, staff, and authorities Valid security license or ability to obtain one as per local regulations is preferred Demonstrated ability to enforce rules fairly while maintaining a respectful demeanor This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to creating a safe nightlife environment.
