Open Unpaid Internship Role Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Our gum is packed with electrolytes that fuel performance, focus, and recovery. We work with thousands of college athletes and over a hundred pro athletes across the NBA and NFL. Heads up, this is an unpaid role. We're hiring an intern to help recruit and manage TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates. You'll be sourcing new talent, handling outreach DMs, and keeping our creator pipeline organized. The Role ✦ Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding. ✦ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks. ✦ Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving. ✦ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team. ✦ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly. ✦ Keep athlete records organized and up to date. ✦ Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups. Qualifications ✦ Strong written English and communication skills. ✦ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast. ✦ Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic. ✦ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding. ✦ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
