A 140-bed hospital in an Upper Midwest metro of 250K+ is seeking a Nocturnist to join their team. Practice details include: Base salary: $369,942 or $2750 per shift plus productivity bonuses Only 19 weeks per year Flexible shifts and scheduling options 3 nocturnists per shift Closed ICU, no procedures required Specialty access and 24/7 intensivist support
