Non-College Work-study| Parking Attendant 496189 Part-Time Closing on: Jun 10 2026 Police Department : Police Salary : $12.00 per hour Description Manages the entrance and exit of the Visitor Parking garage Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner Provides customer service when needed Provides visitors with directions Directs customers to available spaces Gate repairs as needed; insert tickets in dispenser; remove jammed tickets Cleans parking gate readers Distributes parking permits Answers phones with courtesy and professionalism Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic Microsoft Office Skills: MS Word, Excel Qualifications: Must be a current UHD student Must have been awarded Federal Work-Study from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid Notes to Applicant: Commitment: Student workers are required to work between 10-20 hours per week during the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work hours are flexible. Dress Code: Business casual. Closed-toe shoes are required.
