Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) compassionate and dedicated Non-medical Caregiver to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in their homes. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, cultural awareness and a proactive attitude to help clients thrive in their homes. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients’ health status, noting any changes or concerns for reporting to supervisors or healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with dietary needs Support clients with medication reminders Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Engage clients in social activities, conversation, and recreational pursuits to promote mental well-being Qualifications Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or Alzheimer's care is advantageous Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing respectful care in compliance with all safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional non-medical support that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently.
