Sizzling Lunch Hiring FOH Team Members & Servers | $18.45+/hr + Tips Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Part-time About Us Sizzling Lunch is a fast-growing restaurant concept where guests enjoy high-quality meals served on sizzling hot plates, finishing the cooking right at the table. We focus on speed, efficiency, and creating a fun, interactive dining experience. We’re looking for front-of-house team members who can deliver great service while keeping up in a fast-paced environment. Role Overview As a Front-of-House Team Member, you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest has a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests and create a friendly first impression Guide guests through our QR code ordering system Deliver food and explain the sizzling plate concept when needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables Estimate wait times and manage guest flow Assist with takeout orders and packaging Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries Process payments accurately (cash and card) Work as a team to ensure fast and efficient service Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Starting at $17.85/hr + Tips Flexible scheduling (part-time available) Employee discounts Paid training Paid sick time 401(k) eligibility Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Why Join Us?
