What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional, high-energy guest experiences every single shift Create a genuine human connection with every customer Master our coffee craft including espresso, latte art, pour overs, and hospitality standards Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where urgency and energy matter Maintain clean, organized, hospitality-ready workstations at all times Represent a brand built on pride, culture, hospitality, and impact Support your team and contribute to a strong, positive store environment What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and natural presence Positive attitude and willingness to learn High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and pride in presentation Weekend and peak-hour availability Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Hospitality mindset — we care deeply about how people feel in our spaces Experience is a plus, but not required.
