Crest Pointe Medical Billing Solutions is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our healthcare database by accurately inputting sensitive billing and patient information.This is a great entry-level gateway into the medical field--we provide all the necessary training! Key Responsibilities Accurate and timely entry of patient demographics, insurance details, and medical billing codes into our system. Reviewing and updating existing records to ensure all data is current and error-free. Cross-referencing data with source documents to identify and correct any discrepancies or deficiencies. Organizing and digitizing physical documents to maintain a streamlined electronic filing system. Requirements Strong command of the English language (written and verbal). Fast and accurate typing skills (WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to spot small errors and maintain high accuracy during repetitive tasks. A reliable, punctual professional who enjoys working in a focused office environment.
