Pay: You will be compensated through several channels: Daily Pay: We pay hourly, and there are many opportunities to gain full-time hours across our network of offices. Monthly Bonus: You will be eligible to earn several hundred dollars each month in performance-based bonuses. Education: In our Hygiene Track program, we want you to grow with us. We offer CE opportunities and will reimburse 50% of approved course costs related to your clinical development. Our team is like family, and we’re thrilled to welcome you in Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Take and review digital X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean working environment Qualifications: Active California Dental Hygienist license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
