Job Description Come Join the Rucker Restaurant Franchise.Looking to hire DMs here Texas as well as willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.District Manager of 5-8 units with overall responsibility for people and processes Provide leadership for managers to reach metrics.Drive excellence in day-to-day operations Aggressively develop Management and team staffing levels in each restaurant Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting, partnering with Restaurant Manager to build metrics.Absolutely uncompromising execution of the highest standards of company food safety, health and safety codes and company security policies Champions recognition and motivation efforts throughout the market Responsible for meeting District sales, transactions, guest service goals Pay Range for this position will be determined based on experience.Previous QSR Experience is a plus but not required.Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience of Multi-Unit Management.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
