Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The Massage Therapist will work in a professional environment focused on health, healing, and client satisfaction. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective therapies Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations Provide exceptional patient service by listening attentively and customizing sessions to meet specific health goals Stay updated with the latest techniques in medical spa treatments and massage therapy advancements Experience Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a healthcare or spa setting Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior work in occupational health or medical spa environments is highly desirable Experience with patient assessment to develop personalized treatment plans is preferred Strong understanding of patient care protocols combined with excellent communication skills to foster trust and comfort This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives through therapeutic touch and personalized care.
