Duties Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently throughout the school premises Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing high-touch areas Assist with light custodial maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance staff Support special cleaning projects like deep cleans or seasonal sanitation efforts as needed Follow safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing floors Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward teamwork and safety protocols Join us in creating a pristine environment that supports learning and growth!
